Perfection Carpet Cleaners is amazing! This is the second time I have had this father /son duo clean my carpets. (And they both remembered me and our conversation from the 1st time they came!) They are both so friendly! I have a townhouse so I have 4 flights of stairs and 2 rooms that are carpet. They are on time and very efficient and professional. This last time I called was on a Friday morning in hopes that they could do a last min appt on that coming Monday. The office was able to book me an appt for that following Monday but 5 min later Richard the owner called me and said they could fit me in right then if i wanted! They had just finished a job near me and were running early for their next job. This was perfect for me! And instead of taking a break the father /son duo took on an additional job! Very hard workers and so nice! I highly recommend them!

Today I had my carpets, kitchen tile and family room tile floors cleaned by Richard Mowbray (company owner) and Bill. They arrived on time, were extremely organized, and wore booties to protect the floor surfaces of the home. The results are outstanding. The kitchen and family room floors which are about 20 years old, look like they did the day they were installed. That includes the grout, which was my main concern. I will never be cleaning my grout by hand again! The quality of the product is exceptional and the prices are fair. The owner of this business is a Christian leader at a nearby church. Definitely, not Christ like. When I spoke with him on the phone he yelled and demeaned me and would not let me get a word in edge wise. I won't use his business because he doesn't treat women well at all.

My wall-to-wall carpeting was soaked due to flooding. The water had even seeped through the carpet and socked the underlying padding. Perfection Carpet Cleaners did a professional job of removing all the water damage, drying the carpet, reattaching it and finishing off with a steam clean. The crew was punctual and considerate. I highly recommend Richard's company Perfection Carpet Cleaners to do your carpets, upholstery, or whatever cleaning services he has. I had him steam clean my hardwood floors and tiled bathroom floors. Wow they came out close to brand new. He was on time and very professional. Hard working and very meticulous.
