How much does carpet cleaning cost?
Our two-room special is $265, with no minimum-charge top-up. The offer saves $100. One room is $375, three rooms are $425, four rooms are $525 and five rooms are $625. Taxes are included.
Each room covers up to 400 square feet. Larger rooms count as two. Living rooms, dining rooms, utility rooms and bedrooms qualify. Deodorizer is included; pet treatment is separate.
We agree the rooms, treatment and total before booking. Any change to the work is discussed before extra work begins.

Carpet cleaning during allergy season
Carpet works like a filter. Pollen tracked in on shoes, dust, and pet dander settle into the fibers and stay there, and vacuuming only reaches the surface. Every time someone walks across the room, some of it comes back up into the air.
Hot-water extraction flushes the fibers with heated water and pulls the water back out, along with what was sitting in the carpet. Customers with allergies often book in spring and again in the fall, before the windows close and the house is sealed up for winter. Bedrooms and the rooms you spend the most time in are the ones to start with.
Richard can tell you which rooms are worth doing and which are not. If a carpet is at the point where cleaning will not help, he says so before you spend the money.
What should you plan for on cleaning day?
Walk through the rooms
Point out stains, traffic lanes and previous treatments. We check the carpet and the work you agreed.
Leave most furniture to us
We move and put back most furniture. Entertainment centers stay in place; discuss delicate or unusual pieces beforehand.
Allow time to dry
We use hot-water extraction and focus on recovering the water used during cleaning, leaving less residual moisture in the carpet. The carpet is damp after cleaning and typically dries in 4–6 hours, depending on conditions.
Does a pet accident need different treatment?
Yes, pet urine and a persistent smell may need enzyme treatment beyond the deodorizer included with standard carpet cleaning. The affected areas and history guide that decision.

Can you clean area rugs at the same visit?
Yes. Perfection Carpet Cleaners cleans area rugs on location at your property, and a rug can be added to the same visit as your wall-to-wall carpet. Rugs are quoted by size, so the dimensions, material and condition are reviewed alongside the rooms.
An area rug under a coffee table and carpet across an entire bedroom are different areas of work, so each belongs in the agreed scope. Perfection Carpet Cleaners has no rug drop-off shop.
What is included in the carpet-cleaning plan?
The plan covers the rooms, the connecting areas and any treatment the carpet needs. A hallway and a staircase have their own prices; oversized rooms count as two under the room-pricing policy. We check the dimensions rather than treating every space called a “room” as the same size.
Standard carpet cleaning includes deodorizer. A pet accident that has left urine or a persistent odor gets a separate assessment for enzyme treatment. This keeps the cleaning method tied to the actual problem rather than adding every treatment to every room.
The truck-mounted system is used where access allows, and portable equipment supports upper-floor apartments. We review the floor level and access with the work. You’ll receive booking and payment links and appointment reminders once the job is agreed.
