What messages will you receive?

Our text messaging program is called Perfection Carpet Cleaners Service Alerts. When you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, Richard Mowbray DBA Perfection Carpet Cleaners may send you:

• Customer care messages: replies to your questions, quotes, appointment confirmations and reminders, arrival updates, payment links and follow-up after your cleaning.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Changing your mobile number

If you change your mobile number or give it to someone else, please reply STOP from the old number first or email us at perfectioncarpet2058@gmail.com so we can stop messages to that number.
