What does the cleaning include?
Perfection Carpet Cleaners uses hot-water extraction, often called steam cleaning, with deodorizer included. We check the carpet and problem spots before the work.
Pet urine or persistent odor can need separate treatment. Cleaning cannot reverse every stain or existing damage.
How is the job priced?
The size and condition of the shared-property common areas guide the quote. The general $285 service minimum applies once per job. We confirm the complete scope and price, including any other rooms or treatments.
What should you plan before the visit?
Most furniture is moved and put back; entertainment centers are excluded. Discuss delicate or unusual pieces and any access restrictions before the appointment.
Carpet typically dries in 4-6 hours, with conditions affecting the timing. Plan a route through the property that allows the cleaned areas time to dry.
