Do you offer onsite area rug cleaning?
Yes. Our area rug service is performed on location, so you don’t need to roll up a large rug and transport it to a cleaning shop. We do not offer rug drop-off.
The living-room rug, a dining-area rug and several smaller rugs can be discussed together when planning your visit. The dimensions of each rug give us the square footage. Its material, current condition and any spills or pet accidents help us understand what needs attention.
We use hot-water extraction, often called steam cleaning. The quote covers the agreed work. Any change is explained before cleaning begins.

Discuss your rugs
Your town, rug sizes and any problem areas give us a starting point. Material or care-label information is useful if you have it.

We review the details, confirm the quote and arrange the visit. Questions about the rug’s material or condition belong in that conversation.
Prepare the room
We move and put back most furniture. Entertainment centers are excluded. Access and larger pieces can be discussed when planning the work.

An area rug has its own size and care needs. These details help you plan the right visit.
How do I work out my rug’s square footage?
For a rectangular rug, multiply its length by its width in feet. A rug that measures 8 feet by 10 feet is 80 square feet. For a round or unusually shaped rug, give us its dimensions when requesting a quote.
Can I have more than one rug cleaned?
Yes. We can discuss several area rugs as part of the same visit. Having the size of each rug ready helps us quote the complete job.
Can I include carpet or upholstery cleaning?
Yes. Carpet cleaning and furniture cleaning can be included in the conversation, with the complete work and price agreed together.
What if my rug has pet accidents or older stains?
Those areas should be part of the initial cleaning discussion. Their location, how long they have been there and any products already used are useful details for the quote. Our pet odor treatment service has its own scope, so additional treatment is discussed before work.

A call starts your quote. We agree the details and price with you before arranging the visit and confirming availability.
